Excuse me but Calgary has 25 % visible minorities of its one million people. There is about 60 000 Chinese and 25 000 Filipinos. Most of the people working at Westcon Precast are Filipinos. Many Mexicans work at Gino Windows and Con Force structures. You only need to go to an Expo Latino in August to see what I mean.

There plent of job opportunities in Calgary right now khoriem. The minimum wage in Alberta is $8.40 and is roughly the same thing in US dollars. I work at Westcon Precast and they started me off at 14$. I know in Fort McMurray little kids are getting paid 14$ an hour just to work at Mcdonalds. However, if you really want to live in Saskatchewan I would suggest Saskatoon. I know they have a recruiting drive for doctors and nurses

from what i've heard, A MILLION TIMES BETTER. and thier sportsteams ROCK! championship after championship, calgary sportscene is SOOOOOO BAD!! maybee i'll go to edmonton for the grand prix, another world class event calgary wanted but edmonton got cause they are a world class sports destination!. But remember, we're in the driver's seat and we are the ones who carry this province. A red neck Rodeo and a cowboy's bar. Edmonton has the fringe theatre festival, the heritage fiestival, the street performer's festial, the folk festival, just to name a few of our most famous.

thats why you dont here shit about edmonton im from vancouver and we here about everything calgary ,edmonton i dont hear anything if its so great why dosnt the rest of canada think so? i drove throw calgary a cpl times its a very clean and historical city, then i went to edmonton and it was one of the dirtiest citys ive seen that reminded me of vancouver east side, and i wouldnt mock the calgary stampede since its renown world wide as the greatest.

Edmonton beats Calgary or vancover any day. The Worst rated neighbourhood in edmonton is still higher rated than the worst in Calgary and especailly better than the worst in Vancover.
I have lievd in the worst end of edmonton all my life and never had trouble. I went to calgary one weekend and got jumped once as well as ran into some angry people and gross Denny's food.

We have plenty of culture her in Calgary, Just go down to The Eau Clair princess island park area, There is so much going on there especially in the summer, We have the folk festival there, Shakespeare in the park, BBQ on the Bow, As well as other Live music and plays, so if Edmontonians really wanna keep calling us Red Necks and Cowboys, I guess we can call you, DUMB DRUNK RIG PIGS, How does that suit you.

Excuse me but Calgary has 25 % visible minorities of its one million people. There is about 60 000 Chinese and 25 000 Filipinos. Most of the people working at Westcon Precast are Filipinos. Many Mexicans work at Gino Windows and Con Force structures. You only need to go to an Expo Latino in August to see what I mean.

The only good thing about Toronto is maybe the CN Tower and Phillips square. Dried grass? All Toronto has is pollution and sidewalks full of stuck up people who look at the ground. Movie stars? We get too many of those wastes of skin visiting Banff already. Give me a hockey player anyday. The Saddledome is better than the Air Canada Centre and I will only fly WestJet or Horizon Airlines. St. Catherines is a nice place and it's better than Toronto but I was glad to leave the wet snow.

Listen I like the idea I have my own place and a job. I don't have to live in a Soviet style public housing apartment block and live off welfare. There's one million people in Calgary and most of them are working. I will never fly Air Canada because their stewardesses are stuck up and abusive. We have enough crazy car drivers like you but at least they will get all those speed upon green light cameras installed by next year.

There plent of job opportunities in Calgary right now khoriem. The minimum wage in Alberta is $8.40 and is roughly the same thing in US dollars. I work at Westcon Precast and they started me off at 14$. I know in Fort McMurray little kids are getting paid 14$ an hour just to work at Mcdonalds. However, if you really want to live in Saskatchewan I would suggest Saskatoon. I know they have a recruiting drive for doctors and nurses
