I had this surgery and its really pain full after u can't do any thing unless u have help yes its pricey but if u have insurance it will cover every thing u have to use a walker are first then crutches if u don't get this done there are huge risks like severe arthritis to were u cNt walk any more it take 3 months or more to hell depending on how severe your case is for me it takes 2 years I'm still helling I'm also 13

But with time it may involve pain, discomfort while training or walking, and the knee joints worn out faster than if there are no such condition. I'm considering doing this operation, but I'd like to know how painful the recovery is,and after how long can I walk (at ease to go back to work) with the apparatus on.

Thanks for the videos! My family has this problem. Lately I have been noticing that my inner ankles, in a "normal/relaxed" position, are pointing down, to the floor, and thus my feet are migrating to a not so normal position (moving outwards). If I contract my legs muscles it all looks more normal, but that is not how I stand normally.

hi, may I ask what is being rubbed onto the patient's legs, is it to help numb the pain after he wakes up?

The liquid on legs is the iodine,and for numbing we used epidural anesthesia. The patient does not feel the pain next 4 hours after surgery. Thanks for asking.
