Hard to say what Professor Putricide is gonna be like but I am sure that plenty of guilds that played around with him on the PTR will down him within 5-7 attempts.

@ShadeBloom Well, to be honest, no one knows what Professor Putricide's abilities are, he had -very- little testing time on the PTR and so there is no comprehensive strategy for him available. And it's going to be particularly difficult because you only get 10 attempts this week on him. The guy who's playing this mage does suck though.

@exile If you're talking about Arcane Barrage, Arcane mages usually use it to clear AB stacks if they're unlucky and don't get the Missile Barrage proc within in like 2-3 more 4x AB casts. Another option is to use regular Arcane Missiles, but I personally don't agree with that.

Why would you laugh at the classic ui on ptr. Sometimes their real ui isn't updated (even though most can be) or ge didn't feel like copying the files. Anyway a lot of people use the built in ui on ptr.

Practically ALL of the bosses have new models. Proffessor putricide probabbly will too, seeing as the current one look alot like a placeholder.

So far, all of the bosses in IC except the green dragon and probably the lich king have new models. Many of the ones in the pit of saron and forge of souls have too!

The trash in IC contains some models from naxx, but thats about it...

Also, as you can see in the end, there is an alchemy lab which you can click, and when you do, you turn into that big thing (as you see) and it makes the whole raid take a ticking debuff that does 1-1.3k damage, can't remember if it was every 1 sec or 3 sec, but it hurts. Only 1 player can be in that "form" at the same time.

The person with this "form" gets a debuff, a disease, and when you cleanse it, the player returns to his normal form.

Blizzard had made a mistake and the gate into the middle room in this part of the instance were just an illusion, you could just walk trough it, which we noticed and got in 2-3 "attempts". You couldn't target the boss, so it was mostly about checking which debuffs people were getting etc.
