One of the most beautiful sights in St. Paul is the view off of the High Bridge at night. The lights of the city and the view of the river is indescribable.

I agree...i made the mistake of moving into their east 7th..trap building! full of mice and it took them 9 months to put in my window screens...had to threatin to call the city! moved out they charged me 1,800 to replace a window blind..that I bought! left theirs brandnew in the closet! now they won't send me my crp!

If you have sectio 8 because times are rouhg, MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THEIR # ON SPEED DIAL! Dadders tried to put a tenent out but they couldn't because section 8 was going to get THEM for poor workmenship on their building. Dadders is all about the MONEY!

We asked them to fix our toilet and sink in the bathroom and it took them a month to get back to us...and they're parking lot is disgraceful...but you have to have a ticket ot park your car in it! THE OWNER WALKS AROUND WITH A GUN BECAUSE OF THE WAY HE TREATS PEOPLE, and their secretary is UNPROFESSIONAL!

Keeping this conversatio in mind, beware of Dadders Properties because they are STILL all about the MONEY! They state that they cater to the low-income families of st. paul, but all they see you as is a SECTION 8 check from the Government. They have a rat problem so bad, they don't even ask them to pay rent, the plumbing shows up in the paint...

They are located in St. Paul Mn and they charged me $2,100 after I moved from them. What's worse is that I just found out that they are being sued by the city of st. paul for UNFAIR PRACTICES! It's all public information. Tell a friend or for god sakes tell an asshole to move there so they can taste their own medicine!
