@cerise333 You make a normal paper bead (round one) and then push through one hole upward with something thick... it'll turn into a cone.

@PACERGIRL68 No problem. I tried making one and it used about 5 feet of paper to get a nice looking cone... lol!
I glued a bunch of papers together and then colored each section a different color and rolled. Now I have a rainbow cone. ^_^
