This is really nice... But what would be amazing would be Claire de Lune by Debussy... That's a song that would be nearly impossible to play on guitar. Though if someone could play it, it would be this guy!
You have many fans out there - you deserve it - and I'm one of them. I really appreciated some of the stuff your teacher did. Couldn't you do an homage to both him and Sweden and record Bellmaniana??
Hej. Tack! I miss Per-Olof Johnson a lot. The thing is he was 'composing' Bellmaniana as I was studying with him and I played it then. Now I think there are better piece than that. :-) But he taught me how to play Capricho Arabe and I wil allways be grateful to mim for that.
great recording mr Kindgren. I was wondering, what do you use to record. Do you make any alterations to the sound once you record your guitar....like any sort of effects or do you add some reverb? Even though I have good software, im never pleased with my recordings. Maybe I need a better condenser mike? Any suggestions? By the way im a fan of your music. Ive just learned your "I love you" composition...its phenomenal, hope i can upload it one day. Thanks! best regards from Las Vegas!
i love this "everything is OK" was fantastic i actually felt the relief of awakening, this is a lovely composition and you are vrilliantly talented i hope more is to come in the following years. thank you
amazing recording and composition. I like the beginning extremely, until 1:30... but for the nightmare i expected something more disturbing, i have to admit
Dude. that was amazing. I found you when i was looking up Villi Lobos prelude 4. i came across this and i just HAD to add it to my favorites. Ive only been learning classical for like 3 months now. but i need skills like you.
1st of all, i think your music is fabulous. i used to play the guitar (but now the alto sax) and i really like the pieces you play. i was wondering... where can i download/get/buy your music? (Not the Sheet music, but the audio of you playing the music.) I am a leader in a retreat and i think your music is perfect for it, especially "Nocturne" :-)
oh Per...This is Fabulous...(Marie, you are a genius as well..for inspiring such an enchanting piece... I Love the lighting in this....the shadows....Just perfectly perfect.....as always. !!!
It is such a rare thing to describe a musician both visually as well as sonically.........but it is a real delight to both HEAR you play as well as WATCH you play.......a real delight.
I first didn't wanna react on this video because it's true you often still spend time on reacting, which is really nice! But i still wanna say thanks, sorry for possibly delaying your dinner ;-) (otherwise 100 others would anyway, right?)
Hi my friend. i am happy you reacted... :) I always eat before i turn on the computer so I can get the strength to reply :) But thanks for your consideration.
An imaginative piece, and so well-played as usual. Thank you for writing a description of the sections, which I find stimulates the imagination of the listeners, educates us to listen with understanding, and makes the experience altogether more interesting and worthwhile. Thanks!
there are so many things I appreciate in your performances. One is that you have such a wonderful feeling of tempo and give your music the time to "breathe". Simply good work!
And it's amazing that you still reply to the comments you receive.
Thank you! Time in music is so important! I appreciate you can hear this in my playing.

Very sweet and beautiful. You bring us such deep emotion in your compositions. THe magnificent art of bringing your deepest feelings to share with us through your instrument is such a gift.
Very nice piece Per. Very "Harry Potter-ish" around 1:10, nightmare eh, not so much. The 2nd part was very nice and soothing. Like waking up to a ray of sun peering through the leaves of the tree just outside of your window. Roll over, and kiss your lover, as you both take a deep breath, and feel the zephyr come in through the open window. It's going to be a nice day!
Typed that while listening to the 2nd portion. Great composition, how do you get the sound you do with all them books behind u?
A dark but beautiful piece then a up-lifted one, real good composition, you're realy giving yourself as a composer here Per,very good work,I like the big contrast in the pieces, greets Vic.
Impresionante y soberbio. Es un lujo escuchar esta preciosa pieza en estos días otoñales, crepusculares, que invitan a la melancolía y el recogimiento. Muchas gracias por su obra. Saludos desde Zaragoza (España)
Lovely - If you do not mind - can I take this to be a memorial to the troops recently killed today in Ft. Hood. It would be a peaceful memory for them.

The thing is that I have Marie to inspire me all the time. Without her, no music... Well, maybe more 'horror music'!
Another amazing composition, Peo! I don't think the beginning is strange at all; in fact, I find it fascinating. But then, I'm a little strange... LOL
Per-Olov, you play SO beautifully it's unreal. I have to pinch myself to see if I'm actually awake or sleeping when I listen to you play. You play with such tranquillity is makes my mouth drop. Your tone and colour when you play makes me second guess myself that a sound can come from such a simple instrument. Per, you are in a league of your own. Fantastic work!
I wish it hadn't categorized or limited as Halloween related. I think, this beautifully eerie piece gives lot more deeper feeling than dark and uneasy Halloween night.
If Debussy is reincarnated now and listen this piece he could be very well jealous of this piece. ( -:} !!!

however, I can't deny I put the volume a bit down near the end, I thought you'd make a screamer or something! that could've been perfect for this video, espcially with the peaceful end.

One thing that would be nice, about your video, is, if you could add annotations, that tell us, when a new subtitle of your song begins - because I can't see the information, when using full-screen, mode :) It would be much appreciated :)
Yes, it is. (my love for Marie). I will consider the annotations... but uite frankly, I am not a fan of those. I think they are disturbing... but that is maybe only me.
No no no no you've got it all wrong....at 1:30 it should not be called nightmare. A nightmare is listening to my guitar playing. Nothing you play can be associated with the word nightmare. Thank you so much Maestro.
Hi, big fan and subscriber, another excellent tune, i was just wondering if you could give me a little insight to how you record your guitar, what mics etc? That would be greatly appreciated,
This is really great Peo. I love the way you set the whole piece up. I find myself going to the sidebar at the time intervals (subtitles) you've put forth. This is truely a concept that displys a musical story. This piece is "Broadway" bound. :) I love it very much and I thank you for posting your gift. I too, am sill listening and will always...Steve
Genius! I liked drifting away... and waking up... waking up carried the feeling of great confusion after the nightmare... and I REALLY like that "everything is ok" is the longest segment of all... Of course it is!
OMG today's my birthday and I think listening to this song has got to be the best thing that happened to me today. THANK YOU!! How do i buy your album?
We don't have Halloween here in the Netherlands, but I loved this music very much. Maybe this song is something for you new CD Peo? Thanks for the Music, I keep listening!!

One thing that would be nice, about your video, is, if you could add annotations, that tell us, when a new subtitle of your song begins - because I can't see the information, when using full-screen, mode :) It would be much appreciated :)

Greetings, Erik.

Hi Erik,
Yes, it is. (my love for Marie). I will consider the annotations... but uite frankly, I am not a fan of those. I think they are disturbing... but that is maybe only me.
Have a great day.

No no no no you've got it all wrong....at 1:30 it should not be called nightmare. A nightmare is listening to my guitar playing. Nothing you play can be associated with the word nightmare. Thank you so much Maestro.

You play very well so don't say that!

What a great short story, sir! The first half really gave way to the second. Your composing is becoming better and better with each piece!!

Keep the beautiful music coming

I am always amazed when you post a new one. It's not just your smooth playing, but the lights, sound and video quality that make it impressive.

Thanks a lot. I have to give Marie the credits for that... She tells me to make a good 'setup' I am not as visual as she is. :-)

I love this P. Once again, you are a genius.

Hi Amy,
The Ok part had to be longer, didn't it?
Thank you my friend.

Beautiful!
The first half felt like the soundtrack to a great scary movie, and the second half is a fun composition in itself.
Happy Halloween!
