The game ends when you are on the offensive and knock down the field kubbs, then any remaining base line kubbs (in that order) and then you can knock down the king. Throwing at the king is done from the baseline.

if one kubb hits another kubb in the field how closely together do you put them? side by side? Also does this apply to field kubbs that are left over from a previous turn?
Awesome! I've been playing kubb for quite some years now, and introduced it to many people. From now on i will show people this very well done video before playing with me, since i've gotten a bit tired of explaining the same game again and again over the years :D thanks
very good video! you explained the game wonderfully, I feel I can teach my kids how to do it now ... I learned tafl several years ago (10 maybe) and just learned of Kubb but most of the info I was finding was very vague about how to play - you answered questions I hadn't even thought of reading/watching the other videos --- thank you so much.
