What they need to do is on road ways where they do a lot of traffic stops they need to build lanes to pull off to so they can conduct business over there not on the side of the road with a speed variance greater than 50mph. Some times you have no choice but when there is a choice they need to exercize common sense. I have flagged traffic and sometimes about 1/3 of drivers are either on drugs or consuming alcohol. Then the text messengers, the inattentiveness is gross and too common to risk.
