People just aren't used to seeing breasts in public. That's all there is to it. It has nothing to do with the baby.

Would you also say that babies and children shouldn't eat at all in public? Perhaps you think that they should always go home to eat? I suppose that you would rather hear a baby screaming from hunger than have it's mother do the most natural thing on earth?
