It's a B-52 flying out of Spokane WA. This video has been out since it happened. Nothing new. The pilot on the controls had a big history for hot dogging and he cost the crew their live because he was never grounded and allowed to fly. Very sad.

Actually if u read up on it, the pilot mad the mistake of coming out of a low pass at too tight of and angle and the plane couldn't even out before hitting the ground. It was the pilots failt and he got everyone elsein the plane killed too.

this was an airshow when a pilot attempted to do a loop but lost altitude this is clearly not a b-17 its a b-52, not a test, not a airline disaster, 2 lives were lost and the those were the pilots no one from the crowd was killed nor seriously injured.

@aronplas5 He may have blacked out, but most likely the plane "slipped" and the pilot didn't notice and compensate in time. My dad took some flying lessons a few years ago and did the same thing plenty of times (without the crash-and-burn part though) until he learned to compensate. When banking to make a turn the plane's wings no longer support the aircraft, thus allowing it to slip through the air. This is compensated for by turning the rudder one way or the other to keep the nose up.

A pilot, co-pilot, navigator, engineer and four technical engineers who were there to monitor the bombers performance and ensure the pilot didn't over-stress the airframe and tear the plane apart. Unfortunately the pilot tried a risky high-angle turn one too many times and pushed the plane over it's stall-barrier causing it to fall out of the sky. The parents and family of those onboard were all right there watching it happen.
