  • @SomeCranbrookKid nella , butchers use those! good knives for butchering. or they might be stella lol .. its been a while since ive worked in thhe meat dept.

  • @falatoronto I guess you have never butchered before? You learn the bone dust thing pretty quick the first time you eat a cut of meat that hasn't had it done before. The bone fragments really ruin your dinner experience. I learned the hard way.
