  • that thing is badass dude, was that the whole runtime? what's the maintenance on that little engine?

  • Sounds way more beefier than a honda civic with a fart cannon

  • awesome plane! ty for sharing

  • its nice to see someone who still uses cox engines. we dont need no stinking throttle

  • that little sucker really goes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • endlich mal jemand der wirklich alle informationen zu seinem modell brinkt !!!

    Daumen hoch!!!

    Thx für den Bauplan

  • lol

  • I have one of those in my basement, I flew it on single channel pulse proportional with a Mattel radio. It wasn't that fast luckily, but I think I managed loops single channel.

  • Where can I get the kit or plans for this little plane?

  • Like a little bee..

  • I had something like this before thought it was one of the guide string ones xD.. sadly one day a sparrow took the Cessna out.. 100 feet in the air..

  • Who the hell needs throttle control? Beautiful flight from such a tiny engine. Must be pulling about 20K revs!

  • That little plane breaks the Laws of the Aerodynamics

  • the weight of such a model? (grams)

  • I had no idea that 020 would fly so well.

  • Hyperactive bloody pylon racer! :)

  • Hey buddy great little fire cracker you have there!

Could you forward me the plans?

I would love to build something like this.

    My email is jbcrdc9@yahoo.com

    Thanks in advance

  • Reminds me back in the day when i was just an ace my boy.

  • @nonfulton is it ment o be wide open like that like is teir a throttle control? or is it wide open or nothing?

  • @ch0l0sk8r

    there is no throttle.

  • @NonoFulton so u can not put a throttle on it

  • @NonoFulton except full throttle ROOARRR!

  • Don't you have any throttle control on that thing?

  • @TirianB

  • That thing hauls ass !!

  • terrible!

  • Nice flying and landing!

  • Thanks for the plans........this will be my first attempt at building a airplane model.

  • Naaaww cute little thingi!

  • exelenttttttt

  • Génial...j'adore les moteurs COX the best !!!

  • that plane is great!

  • pathetic to have a plane of the Nazi colors..... otherwise nice video.....

  • @David79d that planes markings are World War 1 aka: The Great War... the Nazi party didn't even exist when planes were painted like that...

your knowledge of history is pathetic.

  • hey what is that motor? when i can buy it?

  • @juanisimo1290 Those are pre-nazi colors.

  • fast little booger!

  • You are smart not to add the weight of the the landing gear shown on the plan. Watch out for the grey plastic NOS Cox props if you find one though, they will break if you look at them wrong. A single wire whisker skid might save you a prop now and then.

What controls did you use?..Single aileron and elevator only was typical back in the day. It is performing well...did you weigh it?

  • how well will this rc plane fly with a cox .49 engine

  • Comment removed

  • MAN is that thing fast!

  • Lol, sounds a bit like a Mosquito

  • hear that baby perrr lol 0:24

  • wow, very nice. I don't know if it is just the small size, but it seems very fast. Hard to keep ahead of? Nice work!

  • These are a ton of fun !!

  • it sounds like a gas motor is it?? i dont know nothing about rc planes but i wouldnt mind building one since i have an engin and not enough cash to buy a plane, plus this thing looks sweet and i like the smaller scale stuff so yea thanks for the vid 5/5 :)

  • wonder if you can mod for variable thrust...

  • I just upgrades my LaStick with a few mods including switching from a TD .010 to a TD .020. It now flies much like yours and much faster than before.

  • im trying to build something like that, but i dont know what i need for electronics. im guessing i need some servos, a receiver, and a transmitter. if you could tell me what i need, that would be great! thanks

  • nice!

  • nice very nice

  • Good flight , that's exactly how I learned to fly. I wish I had someone around to teach me but I didn't. Instead I started out with a 0.049 Black Widow and a 2 channel kit and after multiple crashes and flights I kinda got the hang of it. That was many years ago and have since moved on to bigger things.

  • se puede poner un motor cox 0.49????

  • Por supuesto el .49 es de mayor cilindraje

  • Awesome!

Now I gotta get building again, thx for the inspiration!

  • Il a de la pêche le petit !? Waouh...super les COX..

  • nice, if only a .020 cox engine wasnt impossible to find.

  • Throttle? We don't need no stickin throttle!

  • so awesome, its a shame these little cox engines are almost impossible to find.

  • @sandman503 As popular as the Cox engines always have been, I would bet that they will be in production again in a few years as supplies of the old ones diminish.

  • @ardvarkkkkk1 i did finaley find my self one, bought 2 off ebay to make one that worked good.... my experience was that there are a few on ebay but most of them have atleast have one broken ear. i bought one that appeared to be in great condidion but the glow plug didnt work. instead of buying a glow plug i bought another engine because i wanted to have some spare parts. the engine found a home on a tiny little control line bi-plane.

  • @sandman503 Slick little engines aren't they? I have a TD 020 new in the box. Had it about 20 years now. Just never got around to building a plane for it. Those tiny control liners are a blast. Tought my son how to fly with a little bi plane about 30 years ago (yes, I'm an old fucker).

  • Cool video! I saw some great deals on cox 020 engines on ebay. I think I will try to get one and make a nice little airplane!

  • thats cool that it can run out of fuel and still be able to fly it back and land safely

  • It seems to be a little missile!! How fast fly these little demon!!!! lol

  • I was truly impressed by the plane AND the pilot!! I didn't think that little engine would have that much power but I was proven wrong!!!

  • .020, wow, you could pop that out if a pen, cooolest micro, you could probly put that in a parkzone sukhoi! can't find a .020 anywhere, must of gone out of production or something

  • @rcmotorsect Estes bought cox, shut them down a couple years ago

  • That was impressive!! You are a great R/C pilot! The PeeWee flew very nimble, but well controlled!

  • That little engine pours its heart out, doesn't it! Great video!

  • i think your little stick airplain is a great design, could you build me one because my computer doesent allow me to download your plans for this model. do you know if this model airplain can handle a cox .049, and how is it with the landing gear.

  • outstanding work - i love it

  • Yes, I have to agree Wes91793. Giant mosquito on crack, very similar to the ones we have here in Texas... :o)

  • I said the same thing! lol

  • Damned is that thing fast!

  • sounds like a giant mosquito

  • Great plane!...it's possible to mount a .0

    49 cox?...I've made one like this but I have not a .020...

  • how fast is it going

  • Great flight and a great little airplane.

  • Wow nice, I have the 0.20 but never used it yet.

  • Wow very cool. I finally seen one of these fly. I havent seen this plane since late 80's early 90's maybe. It has been a long time but well done great video!

  • i like how it lands. its fast too!

  • Very cool. Though I would sure hate to try taking a nap with one of those buzzing around :P

  • waw that is great

  • Cool, how would you controll the throttle in fight?

  • it appears that you don't. fixed trottle. start it then hold on to the sticks. wow, that was fast. i would at least want a kill switch.

  • Yeah, crazy, but very crude control lol!

  • wow that one fast lil fucker adam

  • wooww thats one fast lil fucker!

  • lol mosquito !!!!

  • Very nice ! I'm amazed that you can fly this light birdie without ailerons!

What kind of glue you use to stick the transparent red flm (i don't know what this plastic film is)? and also how do you manage to stretch it so tightly around the wings' structure?? Is it something that shrinks by the effect of heat?

  • @8RR8R8

The transparent red film is called ORACOVER light. The glue is at the backside of the red film, protected by another transparent film. You use an 80 °C iron to activate the glue. At temperatures over 120°C the film shrinks. The film is very easy to use.

  • too much fun....very nice!!!!Do you have good link to download plan:-) please:-)!!!!

  • Its all there, at "more info"

  • Cool model :-)

  • I just got a pee wee 020 and plan on building the same plane. What size prop are you using on your .020?

  • these little things just rock! i have to get some wood and a cox... ;)

  • i sell and repaire this engines (holland only)

  • jejejejejejejejeje awesome fokker

  • No, there is no throttle control!

  • do you have throttle control?

  • Uauuu theres its a missile!!!, its very very fast!!!.

  • LOL Although NOT for a beginner it is a great litttle airplane. It flys like a kid throwing a tantrum!!!

  • this is a very good plane, for beginners and pro alike.

  • hahha it does hey

  • Hi, what prop do you use on 020.. Iˇm building this but I want to slow it down a little..

  • test 123

  • what?

  • I try to answer you, but it dont seems to work.

  • the prop i use is a 4 1/2 x 2.

I did a little test for the .020 with 2 differt props, you can see it in another movie.

I try to post the URL but that dont work :(

Have you finnised your Little Stick ??

  • almost finished but I havent much time now :-)

  • but as I see on video.. its too fast for me

  • shit that thing is fast

  • I had a Das Ugly Stik in a .60 scale. Used alot of fuel, but this pee wee looks like alot of fun and cheaper on the fuel.

  • Aren't you glad you use Dihedral, don't you wish everyone did!

  • Nice job on the Stick, love it. And your PeeWee runs very well for a PeeWee.

  • very nice plane why did you buy this plane is very fun

  • ver very nice plane... thanks for the plans my frien...xauliN!!

  • oooooooo your stick its amazing i have made one for my 049 im mexican

  • sounds like a mosquito lol... coo tho

  • how can i scale this up for a .049??

  • nasty little screamer

  • very very very ..... nice !

  • nice maneuvers!!!

  • holy crap!!! that is fast i fly a snynaps and striker but dame that is fast

  • you're a great pilot dude!!!!!!!

  • that stick is about less than 100 dolars rigth?

  • even less like $50 cause the engine is like $20 and wood is about $10 and yea if you have your own radio

  • Yes, it VERY cheap to build.

  • too much fun, great flight! great vid! I could never get mine, the Ace kit, to fly at 6000 MSL with an .020

  • I used to have Cox airplanes back in the 70s that came with a cord but nothing this cool. Im a virgin to remote control planes this is one of the coolest things i have ever seen! Thanks!

  • i think cords are simple and fun lol

  • A throttle would help,, see my videos.

  • sweet i got 1 just like that but its a kite and man dont get any thing in that blade

  • can it fit a .049? i have like 1 brand new one and a used one

  • I think that that is to math for this little plane. you probely rip it a part.

  • lol

  • What a laugh that looks ! Its like a little wasp buzzing about lol....

I fly bigger stuff, but that really does look fun..

  • Man that thing looks like a handfull. I would be white knuckle for sure.

  • THAT'S FAST O_O

  • Look at that little stik!!

  • That thing is fast for such a little bugger!

  • Is this little stick built from a plan or RTF

  • Its build from a plan.

  • NoNo where can I get the plan??

  • Is this built from a plan or RTF

  • brilliant love those motors

  • awesome vid.

im building one right now. its going to be brushless tho (yay electric)

  • awesome little plane. i like the way u can tell when u should probably stop flying coz the engine just stops dead XD.

  • Most excellent! I'm happy to see someone else try this fun little bird. That plane screams with the .020. Looks much faster than mine. Good work.
