That is possible, but you'll have to do exercises/workouts that are specifically for that part of your body. If that's the case, you shouldn't do this because cardio burns fat from all over your body.
Today I ate 1 PbnJ + A glass of 2% Milk Two Nutri Grain Bars 1 PBnJ + A glass of 2% milk 1 Nutri Grain Bar Plate of withe rice turkey and broccolii plain And sunflower seeds throughout the day I only drink water I do some upper body workouts then this a couple times a week Thats not what I eat everyday but kinda sums up my diet I feel like I should be losing fat faster considering how I used to eat Im 5 7 male maybe about 130-140

i use to excercise a lot until i got a job a couple of months ago - but now that summer is in and school is out, i've been trying to start again - and this is a perfect exercise to just do at home in the little spare time you have. i have been doing this 2 - 3 times a day, and it is making me feel great. i have more energy, i've been losing weight, and i sleep a whole lot better at night. this workout is def. worth the try.

I'm sick and tired of using the exercise bicycle I have, the normal exercise regime says 30 minutes a day in which on them bikes it seems like hours. The calorie meter looks like I'm only losing 40 calories in half an hour and I don't seem to lose any weight whatsoever. So I've been doing this for about 2 to 3 weeks now and I have already soon amazing results :). I have been eating a lot healthier which I know contributes to my weight loss, but these exercises really do help.
@Rachie252 I would recommend shoes for a reduced injury risk. They offer more support for your foot, ankle and knee joints. Exercise without shoes at your own risk!

So, would I document it under cardio (If So, what would I label it), or, can I just document it under the QuickTrack as "Cardio" for "Ten minutes" and be done with it?
I am a bigger guy and i was wondering if i would still be able to do this, i would be afraid if this would hurt my shins or something. Any imput? im 6'4 and about 280 pounds, im a big boned guy too so my frame is big. any input if this would be a good workout to work and lose weight.
@cxhxaxzxe Check with your doc. Higher impact activities like this are not recommended for beginners and people who are very overweight, but you may be able to try the modified recommendations here.
mmm, I find it a bit painful doing this exercise. I used to do a lot of sports but at age 31, I haven't done sports for quite a long time. Jumping, in my very humble opinion, is not good for everyone especially if you are already very overweight. Asking them to jump like this will only hurt their knees and guess what they would after hurting themselves? They give it up!
My suggestion for those have pain, If people have pain, or wake up the next day with actual pain as opposed to mild soreness, that's an indication you should drop the intensity. Pain is a signal your body sends your brain to alert you something is wrong. If it's painful to do, don't do or or do the lower intensiity one. :-) BTW, she talks like a pro, when I'm doing exercise, I can't talk without sounding a fool! LOL
If you did it exactly as she did, intensity wise...well it's only 10 minutes. So a 100 maximum I'd say. Maybe 95. If you worked real hard and did the moved faster and harder, 120 calories. Max.
wow this workout is great! i did it 3 times and now my legs are shaking. i wasn't expecting it to be so intense so i did it in my pajamas :P now i'm all sweaty.
This is a great little work out! I'm a busy college student with lots of work, but sitting down all day can be fustrating! I do this workout when I need a quick break. i once suffer from PID (prolapse invertebrate disc) about 4 years ago, because the pain is too much for me, i stop all my exercise, and my belly begin to... well you know, no exercise at all for 4 years. can someone tell me what kind of exercise suite me better in my condition right now. the PID is fix up but i can sometime feel the pain. help me please. my weight is 95kg with height 162cm.

I tend to get lower abdominal pain(to be specific, in the left iliac fossa and occasionally in the right iliac fosa and supra-pubic regions as well). It feels fairly mechanical to me, I only get it when I jog or jump. The pain only comes on when I land on the surface in a jump.
@JenniMystic I know this is a late responce, but my advice to you would be to stretch your whole body, but as well as your legs & ankles. It really works for me! Besides, you can get injured if you don't stretch OR if you don't stretch PROPERLY.
im fine with my body weight ad everything i just want to build up in the stomach areal like abs of such. But i've researched that the less body fat you have the faster you will make abs. Im 5.0 and i weigh 104! im 16 im not fat at all not even chubby. Will this help me at all?

@danieras101 you cant really spot fat reduction. but i'd recommend some sort of circuit weight training to tone your muscles in addition to cardio.

My suggestion for those have pain, If people have pain, or wake up the next day with actual pain as opposed to mild soreness, that's an indication you should drop the intensity. Pain is a signal your body sends your brain to alert you something is wrong. If it's painful to do, don't do or or do the lower intensiity one. :-) BTW, she talks like a pro, when I'm doing exercise, I can't talk without sounding a fool! LOL

If you did it exactly as she did, intensity wise...well it's only 10 minutes. So a 100 maximum I'd say. Maybe 95. If you worked real hard and did the moved faster and harder, 120 calories. Max.

This is a great little work out! I'm a busy college student with lots of work, but sitting down all day can be fustrating! I do this workout when I need a quick break. I can do it fast, in little space and I don't have to hassle with any equpiment! Perfect for a cardio boost durring a dull day! Thanks so much for posting this!

i once suffer from PID (prolapse invertebrate disc) about 4 years ago, because the pain is too much for me, i stop all my exercise, and my belly begin to... well you know, no exercise at all for 4 years. can someone tell me what kind of exercise suite me better in my condition right now. the PID is fix up but i can sometime feel the pain. help me please. my weight is 95kg with height 162cm.

I tend to get lower abdominal pain(to be specific, in the left iliac fossa and occasionally in the right iliac fosa and supra-pubic regions as well). It feels fairly mechanical to me, I only get it when I jog or jump. The pain only comes on when I land on the surface in a jump.

@JenniMystic I know this is a late responce, but my advice to you would be to stretch your whole body, but as well as your legs & ankles. It really works for me! Besides, you can get injured if you don't stretch OR if you don't stretch PROPERLY.

im fine with my body weight ad everything i just want to build up in the stomach areal like abs of such. But i've researched that the less body fat you have the faster you will make abs. Im 5.0 and i weigh 104! im 16 im not fat at all not even chubby. Will this help me at all?

anytime I try to do this my stochmach hurts -.-
I don´t know why.
When I do rope skipping or stepaerobic i feel nothing.
(I´m not overweight.. I´m 173 cm & 58 kg..)
& I do sport everyday for a hour ( boxing :D )
