If your a fan of RPGs Atlus and Shin Megami Tensai is the way to go a whole lot better than square enixs stuff in my opinion it's more dark and twisted Persona is really good if you can find it cheap.

What he said. persona 3 and 4 are both on the ps2 and they're great. Persona 3 FES is just a newer Persona 3 version with an extra story part after the main game instead of a soundtrack with it. They also re did it for psp with a new optional female playthrough. But yeah persona 3 and 4 are definitely awesome rpg's and you should have them. They're more jrpg majorly but they're still great

I agree the Kingdom Hearts series is amazing, though 2 was much smoother than the first. The only issue I had is the storyline is a bit convoluted, and can be hard to follow. I got the limited edition of final fantasy 12, it is a much better game than 10 was, and X-2 really stunk, a great collection man, no God of War? Great vid.

it's been awhile since's i've play RE4 but it's my understanding that the Gamecube version has better graphics where the Ps2 version has the extras if you really want the best verison for RE4 get the Wii version it has the gamecube graphics plus the ps2 extras..it's only like $19.95 now very good deal.

Final Fantasy 10 and Kingdom Hearts1 are great games, but FF 10-2 and Kingdom Hearts 2 are mediocre games to me. I can't stand the story of FF 10-2 and the whole fashion thing just took me out of the game. Everytime they would change into something else, I would think of David Bowie song Fashion " Fashion. Turn to the left. Fashion. Turn to the right" lol. With Kingdom Hearts 2, the game was nothing but back tracking in every stage you beat.

Bro.. Final Fantasy is not that great. Don't take this the wrong way (As I know Square fans are apt to do) But there ARE rpgs out there with fun gameplay AND compelling storylines. For your next JRPG purchase, try one of Namco's Tales series. (any one of them, they're all brilliant) You'll realize that RPGs without random encounters and truly activ battles are on a plane above what Square Enix calls its flagship franchise. You can pick up a PS2 copy of Tales of Symphonia for cheap online.
