This movie is Insane in 3D. It's not as good home on a 3D-tv as in a real cinema, but still, i've seen both versions and the differences are almost impossible to see.

I loved Avatar, I fell in love with Pandora and the Na'vi. This has to be my favourite piece of music from the film. I especially love 3:43 onwards, as it's where Jake just runs, and you can feel his freedom...

Actually...this movie reminds me of Dances with Wolves. The whole plot. It was a fantastic film though. I've watched so many 'behind the scenes' and 'making of Pandora' sequences. It's really remarkable.

and james cameron actually also produced titanic. which was the number one-grossing movie of all time. so...i guess...if you're thinking it's like titanic, maybe that's why (i've never watched titanic, though, so i dunno).they're the 1st and 2nd highest grossing movies of all time.

become 1 of the Na'vi you mean? Avatar is the term for the 'human' program that combined human & the Na'vis' DNA together to grow the body Jakesully used. Maybe you will get that chance...

as that said, since it's a program that combined the two DNAs, that means it might be possible to do in the future, when you think about that Japanese and the US are always trying to make things like that true, especially after a movie like that, and they've also been able to accomplish in some of them, like, they could make a blackhole with the Mega collider machine(And it just took them 14 years). So who knows if they'd make a real AVATAR project in the future..^^' (Sorry if I sound weird xD)

What i have heard it will be a wait for the standard dvd and blu ray (summer 2010) but they are adding aditional 40 minutes including an extended 15 minute "embrace" scene between jake and neytiri.

Also in 2010 rumors of a 3D version of avatar to be released on DVD, this will probably only happen if the prototype Blu ray 3D DVD player gets the green light, but if it does it will be at electronic conventions in spring 2010. none the less def go to the theaters to see this! SO WORTH IT

Its too bad this film wasnt booked in at the most powerful THX screen on the planet. Empire Leicester Square London 56.000KW JBL THX Dolby3D. They stuck this in at the Odeon LS screen 6 with poor sightlines and lousy sound system. sigh
