with crosswinds like that would it not have maid more sence for the tower to open up runway 28 instead of the 16?

That happened to me at Malaga apt two years ago with EZY... The pilot decided to land in Sevilla instead... After a while waiting in the aircraft the pilot got the green light to take off but all pax protested and requested to be coached to AGP instead lol...

Wow !! Great video !! So many go arounds !!! Soooo windy !!! It shows well the decision of go-around in strong cross wind conditions ! Aircrafts not stabilized at DA... or before touch down... A routine and safe procedure, but it cost so much to the companies...

WOW! Having seen and filmed a few go arounds myself they can sometimes seem quite dramatic, I've never seen so many in one go. Dublin always seems quite windy but you can see just how much of a cross wind there is in this video. Great job and thanks for posting. Keep it up.
