That siren is located at the fire department. The fire alarm is connected to a monitoring center, and the monitoring center...(well, I'm not really sure how the siren gets set off from there) but the siren tells the firemen to get ready, and tells everyone outside to watch out because a firetruck is going to come soon.

Depends. Let's just call it an xT22, the x is a variable for 2 or 3. 3T22s have small boxes below each intake tube with solenoids, which control air flow, on the siren itself. 2T22s don't have these.

this is the 2t22's version of a fire call. Basically yes, its a fast attack but its a preset 'mode' in the control box. A town south of us uses this as a tornado warning signal. It actually makes it quite a bit more creepy...
