Some Americans like to ask a question like this: "How did you get here?"
I am not sure they ask me because they like me or vv.
The question is ambigues for me. I have been thinking about it for years and I do not get it.
Is there anyone who can tell me what Americans mean with this question (in other word it is good or bad question)?
When foreigners visit Georgia, we do not ask such question. I think it would be rude if I had ask such question to Americans.
Thanks.
