@TheCheesyCheesus no actually soul wars doesnt get up your combat if you dont attack anyone, you can keep your meter up by bandaging people or burying bones (burying bones in sw doesnt give you prayer xp either) there are a few people with cb 3 99 slayer, or cb 4 99 slayer. it is very possible.
