The same in Live At Brixton...it appears as if they don't like to talk between songs, they play one and in less than 30 seconds start playing another.
cool. i've been looking for this for a long time. i had recorded this on vhs but the quality had gotten very bad. i like the way patton sings this. its a little faster than the original. now to find the crab song.
I find this to be a fuckin epic version of this song....I first saw this when I was in first grade and was blown away that people were like that in the world...and the opening with the phat ass drums and fake scratching is just awesome...I love youtube cause you can relive almost any memory.
And people say eight-track tapes sucked?! This recording sounds/looks like it was baked on the dashboard all summer long.
Yes, thank the digital gods for youtube and the ability to now "relive" our first grade memories. "When I was a child, I thought like a child, understood like a child" ... but when I became a man, I relived these childish thoughts via youtube.
I agree that this is a pretty epic version, especially compared to later live recordings on here. The guitarist adds some things for more shreddiness, and the tempo is sweet..
hell yea, I just love how it opens its so fuckin raw, and patton is just showing everyone how rad he is. his attire, the way he walks around and head bangs.....dude its just the best version ever. thx for the agreement....your the man
I just realized this sounds like a realized, perfected cover of the somewhat different pre-patton version. first time I heard that album I thought "Patton could do so much better", haha
On a whim i searched for this footage on YouTube and low and behold someone was able to post it...classic stuff, I recorded it off MTV(can't find the vhs)and remember they did like two other songs, 'Epic' and something else along with 'We Care A Lot'. Kudos to you putting this up there.
