  • @DragonPower7 nein eigentlich nicht. Es gibt nämlich noch das Gegenstück zur Rekombination, die Paarbildung. Bei der Paarbildung entstehen immer wieder neue freie Elektronen und Defektelektronen. Beide Vorgänge sind parallel, so dass sie nie ausgehen. ;)
