Thats because the system drops all the molesters here in Shasta County. Its horrible. I faught with the schools last school season and nearly lost my kid. The teachers were favoring students and some teachers just didnt want to waste time with my son.He is 13 and now in home school. His grades are improving. I teach him myself. I do the work the schools failed to do.I agree shasta county sucks. If I didnt have family here I would move.
i just traveled to redding it was great, i been convincing my folks to move there but they dont want to i still convince them, but redding is great but i dont know the kids there mean theres been lots of comments on youtube that theres bully in all the schools in redding is that true, becuase when i was in redding everybody was nice and cool to me

@harassed09 Go to Luigi's pizza . I lived here all my life. Luigi's is on Hill top across from the Mt.Shasta Mall. They also have the biggest pizza in town. 30-40 inches.
I've traveled to Redding, CA before to visit a friend. I live in Concord, CA so it's pretty farrish-near. I do have to say Redding is WAY better than Palm Springs. There's really nothing you can do in Palm Springs except eat and sleep. Redding is very sceneric and beautiful. Not much graffiti and well-kept. Great job Mrs. Missy McArthur. I'm sure this will be a great tourist's city soon. :)

Redding area is beautiful but I agree the regular public schools are not safe. They claim that they have a no bully policy. Yeah they sure do alright... Protect the bully and punish the inocent one being bullied. I have seen it too many times. Thats why I put my son in home school

@dhollywoodtcworksnet I would recommend staying put for now. Jobs in most of California are pretty non existent at the moment, and Shasta County (Where Redding is) the unemployment rate is 15%.
