@vytalibus The video only has a short version, and the author wanted to match the choregraphy to the full song by looping it, then adding appropriate parts of the video.

@mewmewzarukoxkagome Oh, it's a simulation game. You are the manager of one of the girls and you have to keep her happy while putting her through her paces making her practice. This comes in the form of various mini games. When you get to the part where she has a concert, you no longer have any direct control. How well she sings and dances is based on how well you did as her manager.

The original game was coin-op so you'd be feeding yen in constantly as you train her.

@mewmewzarukoxkagome Well I haven't actually played it myself (might import the PSP one someday), but it sounds like it's either one of the training mini games, or a concert where she hasn't had enough or proper training first.

Is'nt it stupid how the anime company think mecha is the future why can't they just make a plot (a decent one) and stick with it like for instance they could gather a bunch of info from the charaters then make new song and keep the popluar ones I think they should make the anime about there journey to become the most popluar superstars in the world then quit makes a lot of sence peace out

if there were companies that would only do the text translations, we *should* be able to play games like this. there are more issues than translation though: for instance in the story mode, you're given the chance to "touch" the idols for specific things. azusa wants to show you off as her fake boyfriend at a reunion; by "touching" azusa's lips you will kiss her, and earn extra heart points for the favor. since you can "touch" the girls' chests the game would get an M rating, which is wrong imo.

@UberGamer1030 'imo' means 'in my opinion', and my issue with the touching is that because you CAN, they'll be forced to change the rating from Teen to Mature, and that won't help sales at all.

The Idolmaster anime has nothing to do with this game. Infact, its a mecha anime. So there is no relation but the name.
