Well, I won't say I'm a genius, because I'm not. But I am curious why you say such an orbit is not possible. It may be because I haven't looked much into astrophysics, if at all, but I have seen orbits kind of like that that are considered as legitimate types.
Even though the orbits are curved, the orbits are as accurate as a rail road track. If you know the speed, distance and direction it is travelling then you know the orbit and can't deviate from it. There is also a maximum and minimum speed for any given orbit. It must lie between orbital speed and escape velocity. If it goes faster then it never was in a periodic orbit. Check out "Universe sandbox" to play with the orbits yourself.

If we have had Hubble out in space for all this time where the amount of daylight obscuring or amplifying an object doesn't matter because of the filters and 'fluidic' lenses on this camera which are hands-down the best and most technologically advanced pieces of optical equipment available... so with ground-based observatories I can buy the whole morning light thing, but we have had many countless opportunities for hubble to capture this thing, especially since legends about.

How can you say that it didn't happen before when there has been more than ample time for it to do so. hehehehe what most of us dont know is that pluto (now a dwarf) planet is not the only one in our solar system... they did not want to categorize the dwarf planets as actual planets, they just take pluto and down grade it instead of upgrading the others to planets... why not just -1 planet than add a few.... too much text books to change, this is why we are not being told about anything until they are really caught red handed

I didnt believe a lot of this when i heard about it in 2008, now that you can actually see the planet for yourself on a perfectly clear night, I believe it now....The sole fact that the media isn't allowed to cover it more is because there would be too much panic and confusion with the public.
