You're right, Derek should have signed those papers the first time around. But vows were important for him (unlike for Addison), so he gave it a 2nd chance. As he said, he chose wrong. But she is still a slut for sleeping with her husband's best friend while still married.
And like Bailey said it about going after the married guy (with the pregnant wife!) thing: it IS cheating. Maybe only emotional, but it still is.

Btw, I love Kate Walsh, and I think it's because SHE is so funny & great that they did a spin off. But the character she's playing is horrible.
If prom was a one time thing then Addison screwing Mark was a one time thing. She only stayed with him once Derek walked out. After that both Addison and Derek were screwing other people. Addison made one mistake and paid for it.
You really think a TV network would spend millions of dollars launching a spin-off about a "horrible" character LOL. That's hilarious !!
