  • I feel like an idiot but can anyone tell me what song this is?

  • @adam1othman

    Thin Lizzy - Emerald

  • Hello!

  • I wanna buy it.. Is it heavy?

  • @rayenantheny buy it! - not so heavy - great Gibson sound - I highly recomend plus its a nice color

  • the most beautifull guitar :) my favourite burst :D and very very well played:) cheers

  • Ohhh! what a nice guitar... I love strats

  • you are very good guitarist but not perfect :)

  • Hello! can you please tell me what amp/effects pedals you are using? Nice demo

  • @PenguinarityProd

    Thanks!

amp: Tech 21 trademark 60, distortion from MI Audio's Crunch Box.

  • Does the guitar come with the strap locks?

  • @123loverXOXO

    Yes, it does.

  • @123loverXOXO Thanks

  • screw the les paul! is that tempurpedic bed!!!!???? just kidding man haha. nice guitar and nice playing. i have an epiphone les paul Plus Top Pro/fx with a floyd and im putting in a burstbucker pro on the bridge to make it sound more like this.

  • You know, if they are going to chamber it, they should make f holes an option, they would give it a really elegant appearance.

  • @MichaelCox

    That could be cool!

  • @laripsspiral

Plus, you would get to take advantage of it's semi-hollow form. Not exactly kosher for the traditionally solid-body les paul, but hey, might be worth a shot.

  • @MichaelCox

    look up es339.

A little larger body, but between an es 335 and a paul.

  • i have a epiphone les paul plus top. and if i was to use one of these bridge systems that are in the gibson standards, would there be a real difference

  • @DRGK9

    I honestly don't know.

  • sweet flames!

  • good guitar, terrible tone and distor

  • @WARLOCKPLATINUM

Thanks, and I kinda agree about the tone.

  • Now thats a guitar!

  • Werent you dissappointed at first? I mean, you go out to buy a SOLID body guitar, come home, and find out it has been chambered.

  • @KitchenMarshall

Yes, I specifically asked for a solid body guitar without any pickup or electronics routings. Seriously though, I couldn't give a flying fuck if it was chambered or not, as long as it sounds good and plays well. Also, the interenet wise-asses give my videos visibility by commenting about it, so it's a win-win.

  • @laripsspiral Calm down there, I didn't mean it in a bad and mean way. It's just that the Les paul is a solidbody guitar. I personally never believed in the whole sound chamber marketing thing. All in all: if it sounds good to you: go for it.

  • @KitchenMarshall

I doubt you could hear the difference in a blind test (I know I couldn't), so, if it sounds the same with less weight, I'm all for it. And like I said, it never was solid body to begin with so clinging on that term like it's God's word doesn't really make sense.

  • Chambered Body

  • @laripsspiral You sir are extremely talented you deserve this machine. Yesterday i got the Light Burst brand new from a store here in Egypt and it's literally amazing. Hope you keep rocking with this beauty. :)

  • @TheDeadlyxRocker

    Thank you!

Would be nice to see that Light Burst in action!

  • What song is that?? you are playing

  • @theSonicboom100

    Thin Lizzy - Emerald

  • @JoviBlink

Very verstatile, I'd say. Maybe not ideal for extreme metal, but other than that it's good to go.

  • Ouch the guitar of all my dreams !!! realy nice finition and sound... just AMAZING

  • whAT ARE YOU PLAING?

  • I really wanted to get this finish, but I didnt like the black back, so I got the iced tea. I love it, but Im not really thrilled with the input jack.

  • you can try a good price guitar at ' samin guitar '

  • Hello!

Is it very heavy? I want to buy this one but I am afraid it will be too heavy.

  • @147147Nick

Naah, not really. Of course, you should try it on yourself.

  • @laripsspiral

Thank you for replying so fast! Regretfully I don't have an opportunity to try so I will have to order it over Internet. But I think I will try. It is the guitar of my dream )))

  • @Earnhardt12345 @Earnhardt12345 Thank you for such precise information! Very helpful!!! :)

  • @147147Nick I was probably a little high in the weight. The Traditional is 9-10 lbs. The standard is lighter since it is chambered. 8-9 lbs or so.

  • 1 person can't play the guitar

  • Work on your vibrato. Don't play it like you're playing a classical guitar either. Get the neck in your palm as holding it with just your thumb weakens your playing. Try doing your vibrato higher up the neck by taking your hand off the neck leaving just your vibrato finger on. It gives smoother movement. You're good. But you need to put emotion into your lead lines.

  • @niptodstan their aint nothing wrong with his playing.. it sounded awesome to me. and prob everyone else.. everyone plays the guitar different. you can show and teach the way you play and what works best for you.. but in the end they will only do what they feel right to them.. thats why i dont like guitar lessons..

  • @niptodstan ** Is right to them** lol i fucked up

  • beautiful Les Paul....

  • the Standard 2008 it's a beautiful Guitar !!!!

  • If anyone is horny, watch this in HD to jizz everywhere.

  • Really great sound, what are you playing through?

  • @peterthomson13

In this video I'm using MI Audio Crunch Box into Tech 21 Trademark 60.

  • what the name of that song??????

  • @tico4life9

    Thinl Lizzy - Emerald

  • Jaahas! Äijähän on saanu Gibsonkin!! onnee!

  • @Mickslashmyface

Thanks! It's not soooo expensive if you buy a used one (like I did).

  • How does that compare to your schecter?

  • @MitchRulzWorld

That's a difficult question. Very difficult indeed. I can't really compare them as a whole, but they are quite different.

  • @laripsspiral Hmm. What about the sound. The Schecter has a different scale length and different pickups. Which do you think sounds better?

  • @MitchRulzWorld

Schecter has hi output pickups compared to Gibson, which has a more vintage feel/sound. Schecter for metal, Gibson for classic rock / early heavy metal. I like them both. S. is more versatile as it has five way switch, but the G. pickups do lovely cleans as well. Yup, due to scale lenght, G. is quite accessible until 17th fret, then it becomes much more difficult compared to S. In general, S is easier to play. (Although not at the moment because it has really thick strings).

So, different guitars for different needs, I guess.

  • YEAH BEST!!

  • Nice guitar! Enjoy it! : )

  • Bad ass guitar
