cipes is amazing in this, and while I agree a lot about raw foods, though Id never be able to go full raw, without first curing my allergies to many first source protein sources such as nuts and legumes!
So so true - We are living proof at - Stand Tall And Roar . com that you can grow big and super strong on first source protein and as can be seen in our video we have been working with Don Tolman to prove to others that this is fact. Cheers :)
