I am now very depressed with people giving burgers reviews. I have yet to have a smash burger but I will take a 5 Guys over ANY place here in Phoenix. I just tried another 'hyped" up brand and was very much not happy. If 5 Guys is a "C" rating to anyone, maybe you are not fairly judging the market 5 Guys is in. I work at Five guys and the patties are suppose to be grey all around and in the middle. Someone who's working the grill isn't doing the patties right and there most likely trying to beat there ticket time of less than 8 mins. The bun is suppose to be toasted with a golden color on the inside the fries are suppose to be shaken 15-20 times before being served to customers.
