To Sotomayor Roe v Wade is settled law but on gun ownership that is a fundamental right when she stated I'm not taking an opinion on that issue, because it's an open question. What open question? If Roe v Wade is settled the second amendment should be as well but not in the mind of Sotomayor. Sotomayor will definitely boost gun and ammo sales as in a recent article it stated "Hand guns and the tactical weapons, sales they're absolutely off the charts."
