It's REX-84...It stands for relocation exercise 1984. YOUTUBE Oliver North Iran Contra...he was incharge of the operation. During the Bush admin..KBR...subsidiary of Halliburton was awarded the contract to build the remainder of these camps....It's all researchable. Also look up Operation Market Garden or Operation Cable Splicer. All deal with the detention or "relocation" of citizens.

@cdoug1 mount weather has a stand by government. Thats right a secret govt ready for when Obama declares a national emergency giving himself presidential executive powers which will make congress null and void in emergency - the Big 3 powers GONE ( legislative, Judicial and Executive powers which were set up to stop fraud and tyranny). This can be called at anytime they deem to be an emergency such as unrest in the middle east or tsunami or an earthquake or any excuse.
