Man, you know some crazy ass glitches, like that shit at 0:33, how does that work? Not to mention all the shortcuts you can use to bypass entire sections of the level! I never thought it possible to beat this level without the boat, as the developers obviously didn't either considering the next level starts out in the boat no matter what!

Nah I always plan out the route I'm going to take before I run it. Although levels with difficult puzzles or maze type areas, I have taken a wrong turn here and there.

I love this game because of how suspenseful in is, like at the beginning, when the dog and the huge dude pop out of nowhere. I used to play this game when I was 5 and it was scary as hell.

yes, but if you push the button for the doors to bartoli's hideout, you hear the bells. that's what i know. this is the sound for the time limit to complete the stage. In your way, i don't hear the sound and you have ENOUGH time to swim. seriously, i'm impressed, but i don't understand this :-)

@Tagorchronic Wrong. The timer doesn't start until you drive the boat over the ramp. Since he doesn't use the boat at all, he has all the time he needs to reach the doors. The same occurs if you leave the boat OUTSIDE the room, and swim under the gate which closes to leave.

I think you get about a minute to reach the doors. But I was quick enough :)

@Tagorchronic because there's a bug there, if you leave that room from the door from where you came (3:07) the door won't close. Of course, this is impossible to do with the boat.

@Tagorchronic you mean the final doors? they won't trigger to close if you don't leave the button room by the slope. Still, to be more faster, you can use the launch, and park it out of the room. Then leave passing through the door

When Lara drops from a high fall, she stumbles for 2 seconds. A flare cancel is throwing a flare when Lara is falling, which will prevent the stumble and save time in a speedrun.

you can also swim there. I discovered it when i was 8. I destroyed my boat so had no choice but to swim and hey it works!

As soon as you press the button,you have to swim under the door...In this way the countdown won't start :)

in the great wall...you dont need take the flares in this level and you save 5 seconds...

Nah it was pretty much necessary to get these flares, im gonna need alot of them for flare cancels and such on future levels.

Under 4 minutes with the 3 secrets is insane! Also, you wont need to worry about ammo for your weapons either! This is a very interesting run!
