I miss California so much. We don't have any type of culture here in Las Vegas. Our Korea town is so small, if you were driving 35mph you would miss it. Nice Video
last time i went to koreatown plaza's food court i ordered bibimbap also but i think we went to a different store. my friend wanted to share and i was hesitating because i was afraid that it wouldn't be enough for me but, oh my, when i saw that bowl she gave us it was bigger than my face. we were over stuffed at the end. i've had better bibimbap but that was definately one of the unforgetable experiences in my life.
MAshigeta! Oh and the cold thing and the HOT THINg ITS SO TURE! Like in some of my experiances i was served with COLD FRIES AND COLD HANBERGERS WHICH TASTED LIKE BULL SHIT!
this one is called Dol-Sot Bi Bim Bop.... mmm I can already smell the smoke from rice cooking still inside the "stone bowl" still cooking inside so your rice is all crispy on the bottom~!!!
best korean dish by far

Bibimbap is the only thing that the lady at the counter will sell to whities; I tried to order jo gee gui but she refused to sell it to me.

really? are you serious? why would she do that? is she afraid you wouldn't like it?

I guess so, or perhaps some kind of misunderstanding.

I agree about the egg: it's all cooked in the end, the bowl is very hot.
I also agree that you don't have to be Korean to like bibimbap: YUM.
Best bibimbap I ever had was in Flushing, Queens, NY...

You didn't add the red pepper paste in it. That's the magic ingredient! You missed the best part of bibimbap! :P
