@wickedphant0m Kelly didn't lip sync. The original performance was dubbed with the big notes from the rehearsal in the DVD's post production. Look up the Live Earth Soundcheck and you can hear it's the same audio. And Kelly's NEVER lip synced. :)

You could tell her voice was strained throughout the entire concert... but it's not a permanent kind of thing like some will have you believe. If you listen to most of her promo stuff and concerts you'll see that 99% of the time her performances are spot on and perfect.
Correct me if im wrong, but the high note is edited in because the speakers went weird during the performance. They started cracking, I remember watching the live performance. Its not because she couldnt reach it!
yea it looks edited but maybe it was just the camera or satalite feed......cuz i dont think the crowd wouldve been tht happy if she had sounded crappy!
Um, part of this performance is edited, mainly the part where she starts belting it out. I wonder if they had her perform the song again so they could dub over her original voice and make her sound better. Her voice was definitely a lot more raspy in the original live performance.
