The agents on the ground on both borders and Brian Terry's family do not agree with DHS. Support this bill to help the agents on the ground do the job you are demanding that they do.

This bill was introduced because the Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and National Park Service deliberately impede the Border Patrol's access to the border in the name of environmentalism.

All the bill does is put the Border Patrol's mission at the head of the list of government missions along the border. Agents will no longer have to get permission from agencies with other agendas to go places they have gone for decades.
