Of all the beautiful things about judo from the philosophy to the throws to winning tournaments i think the greatest thing of all is that moment in practice where you think your going to pass out because you cant breath fast enough its hard to lift your arms and even the tips of your fingers are bloody and taped but through judo you learn it wont kill you and you learn to push on to a new level of will power that is the greatest lesson i have learned so far from judo
