Sprinklers.iFind2.com Setup my lawn sprinklers system, front & Back Yard. $1399 in less than 8 hours. The Install Yourself Kit from Home Depot for $39 is worth every penny in gold. Get it from Sprinkelrs.iFind2.com
The only long term solution is to prevent grass from growing in between the guard used and the sprinkler heads themselves. PVC pipe and Concrete Donuts work initially. Until they been their ahwhile and they start sinking or get run over by a mower tire because the grass had taken them over and one could no longer see them. The "Sprinkler Buddy" by RyRo, Inc. is a new solution to this ever lasting problem. It custom fits to rotors and spray heads. Will not sink, even if accidentally run over.
its a 6 inch PVC pipe i'd installed those in my lawn.. just cut it at 4 to 6 inch long and stick it that will protect your sprinklers from lawn motor try to leave it at 1 inch above the ground u caqn find those pipes on HOME DEPOT or any other store..
@cyberone24 That's an interesting idea. Personally, I just use cement donuts for that purpose. 98 cents a pop at Home Depot. They last forever and give you a larger grass free area around the heads. Keep them level with the grass though or they'll murder lawn mower blades.
