the beat around :28 is pretty good, basic but good. better mic would be nice, horrible rattle on your current one.

Most brands make low cost beginner bongo's all the way up to pro expensive ones.

I got a beginner set of LP Aspire bongo's and they sound great

ive seen roberto roena play three heads and then a machine that sounds like a bongo on his side forgot what it was. i have the dvd for that. its salsa and roberto roena is a legend in bongos and cowbell

You are right, bongo is your palette, you can play anything you want, you have so much freedom.

When I see you play on your leg, I wonder if you have ever seen people play bongos that have 3 heads....
