I just listened to both songs. The part you're referring to is similar, but they both develop in differently as the song goes on. Also, even if that part of the Nightwish song was an influence for this one, it still doesn't change the fact that the rest of the song is very well written and original.

the riff is from "Beauty And the Beast" off the Angels Fall First album. Beauty Of the Beast was a separate song from one of Nightwish's later album: Century Child.

it isn't entirely the same; nightwish overlays a lead melody with the keyboards during that segment, but they are very similar.
