Also Santa Claus was not ok, NOT red to begin with. Originally he was green. Santa was hijacked by corporate America (specifically Coca-Cola). Now Coke's brand is red so they took Santa and made him red like their brand.And with their adverts every year at christmas and Coca-Cola's heavy media presence/power.Overtime people have become indoctrinated, have learn't to associate Red with Santa, and in turn Coca-Cola.
