I did this once when I paid for a ticket and it wouldn't read, just drive my lowered AW11 MR2 right under the arm, I just lifted it slightly and drove right underneath whilst holding it to the amusement of onlookers.

In my mr2 I have 1+inch drop in front and rear, and I drove under police caution tape that they had used to close off a block. I drove down the block and the cops were like WTF are you doing.

It looked like the barrier arcs or bows slightly, think he went under the highest point going out, then coming back in, slowed down as he went for the other side where the barrier looked lower (to my eye anyway)

It can be quite difficult to bring yourself to go under fast. It reminds me of the times I used to go to the tip with my ladders on the car, I knew it would go under, but for some reason I always ended up creeping carefully
