@10100733 Read the Description. He cut where to go next out and forgot to put it back in. He went to the windmill and played the song of storms, making the windmill spin rapidly and it drained the well just outside, then went down the well to the bottom of it.
omg i finally got the lens of truth and i went straight to the treasure guy at castle town and it turns our all the keys were on the chest to the left not a single right one and i got my heart container ^^ 3 left in the game! :D

@supercrapnstuff11 Majora's Mask and Banjo Tooie are two of the most screwed up games that have E ratings. I mean seriously, some of the stuff that happens in those games still sends chills down my spine today... of course, this could just be the result of childhood fears but still. I remember I was actually scared to play Banjo Tooie for a period of time when I was younger... funny, LoZ Wind Waker actually scared me as well, simply because I got lost in the overworld sea after Dragon Roost XD

man i love this game, the first time i played was 6. the only game we had haha i played this game ever day, i think i beat it like 65 times. now im 16 and i still play.
When i played this part, i did that hole room without the lense of truth. I actually found out that it excisted down there after i had already picked up all the other things in the well. It took me 1,5 hours! Because of that experience, i hate the well and the shadow temple! Seeing you do it in 9 minutes really breaks my hearth. :(
Dead Hand looks like something out of a Silent Hill game rather than a Legend of Zelda game... Reminds me of the nurses that move towards you all creepy like.
Yeah, you actually CAN get into the Shadow Temple as Kid Link, but you're not supposed to. If you stand a certain way and detonate several Bombchus, you can actually inch your way across the first pit without falling in. I saw it on a TAS run some years back. You can also do this to get up to the Nocturne of Shadow warp point without having/needing the song. There really are a lot of ways to break the engines on 3D games, far more than for 2D games. But, the glitches are harder to pull off.
What just creeped me out the most about Dead Hand just now was they way it was twitching as the chest appeared. Link is in this creepy cave like room with a very creepy monster that is injured but still alive (it appears again in 7 years)! That was really creepy to me.
I was watching this at like 12:00am at night and fell asleep dreaming that i was with link throughout the well and the shadow temple which was really creepy and scary

@wvb93 Well actually, there was a heck of a quicker path where you could've just went straight to the room with the dead hand. I managed to wander around the well and bump into this room by chance..and just learned for the first time today that this place has its own map and compass.
couldn't you have turned right, hugged the corner, played the zeldas lullabye on the triforce symbol in the hall, drained the water, gone down the hole at the entrance, went through, killed the deadhand, get the lense of truth and leave?
The fountain in the bottom of the well reminds me of A Nightmare Before Christmas . . . Isn't there a statue or two that looks just like it in Halloween Town??

bottom of the well and the shadow temple is scary enough as it is even tho its an old game but if they remade this game for the Wii (like golden eye) does 2 dungeon would make me scared shitless

imagine me. 7 yearrs old. beating a large portion of the game.
no walkthroughs. no cheats. hell, i didnt let my brother (12 at the time) help me out.
i get all the way here. and fuck. i tried this place hard. i played this one section of the game all the way until we bought majoras mask. i didnt play majoras mask.
every damn day after school i played this.
2 years later. when i beat it. the whole game .i smiled.
knowing that majoras mask would hold more fun for me.
such an amazing series.

so did the creators of the game expect you to walk through the invisible door at 0:47 without any provocation? thats not sequence breaking at all? i was stuck there for the longest time and never knew how to find the lens of truth or how to progress D:

@wvb93 Well actually, there was a heck of a quicker path where you could've just went straight to the room with the dead hand. I managed to wander around the well and bump into this room by chance..and just learned for the first time today that this place has its own map and compass.
