Were Lisa's caretakers accused of practicing medicine without a license? It sounds like involuntary commitment to me. Psychological treatment beyond a brief period of time requires a court order. Lisa was kept for 17 days before being sent to a hospital. The church claims she was getting rest however the logs show she was getting some form of observation and treatment.
