i've seen videos of people beheading one another and gang violence and went to sleep that night having lost all faith in humanity..i felt lightheaded and sick to see the degree of grotesque that humans can achieve. i realize that videos like that get my strongest reaction because the whole point of life is to love one another, and those videos went against it 100 percent. i’m glad to see that videos exist somewhere that show the opposite, the true reason for life.

It is in our hymnal. We are Church of Christ and sing only with the instrument God gave us, He knows whether we can "carry a tune in abucket" or not and doesn't care. We are all beautifully made.

Same here, and it's the way it's song on the video, the thing that threw me is that the alto part on this version is set higher than I'm used to hearing, possibly a by product of the choir having a higher vocal range, it's almost as though the altos are singing soprano and the sopranos are providing a descant on top, very pretty as it's worked

Now, TBH - I don't think we need to be the world's police force. I don't think we need to be the UN's muscle.
But, at least get your facts straight. A LOT more people live when we are around that would die if we weren't there.
And we have brought peace (at least temporarily a much more peaceful environment) to areas that haven't known peace for over 1000 years.
