The clap board slate is good for syncing audio later in post, but now there's a better, faster, easier way to sync the audio in post-- get Singular Software's PluralEyes.

i hate lighting to the fullest..such a pain also sound. but if you have the right people that know what there doing i guess everything will come out alright. I see u had an external LCD screen..would you insist on me getting one????

@everettfanor1989 Hi, yes. You need a way to check focus and a monitor is great for that. Another option would be a Zacuto view finder.
