Really? I understand these sort of restaurants having one or two plates sent back during a service, because their pushing tickets out as fast as they can, but you would think they would be careful, and at least double check with Gordon Ramsay's dish, considering he's the one they need to impress and all.

I refuse to believe that the fight was that audible and that breaking glass sound sounds like it was added in post. Im pretty sure an American audience would enjoy it without all the added drama

u could be right. that broken glass sound, does sound phony. might have been added later for drama effect. but the fight can get that audible if there is just a simple swing door between the kitchen and the restaurant.
