Sony vegas kinetic typography tutorial

Weird thing I hope you can answer. How do I get to 3d axis box? It doesn't come up automatically on mine.

to the left side of the track there is an option called 'compositing mode' . click it, so many option pops up. there u can select '3d alpha'. then go to track motion and play with 3d box :)

@aravindhskumar next time you upload a video while yourin sony vegas go to properties and uncheck maintain aspect ratio and you wont have those black bars anymore!

obviously im no expert cuz im lookin gup the tutorial but if u hit M u can make markers so u can listen through the song and hit M for each word and then u know where to set up each one. it just makes life a lot easier. great tutorial tho

1.While rendering select the option "do not letter box". u get the whole screen. u can customize output settings also. or

2.to the left of time line there is one option called 'track motion'. go in to it and adjust the width and height there.

you have to experiment with the settings so that there s no drastic change n the aspct ratio of output video.

Well now all need to do is find out how to make layers children. I've never done that before and I couldn't see how you did it in this video because you went too fast.

to the left side of the each timeline there is a inverted arrow. just click t. automatically it wil b converted as a child to above layer

Your typography look cool my friend, HOWEVER, it would be nice if you :

1 - Sloooowed down so people could actually see what was happening to follow along

2 - Try giving verbal instructions so people would actually understand what the steps are that you are doing.

Although I appreciate the tutorial, I have to say that it is of no use if people cannot learn anything... you are moving waaay too fast and the lack of verbal instructions just makes it impossible to learn anything from your video.

I agree :( Im stuck in that "child" part, do You know how to bind them all together so they all move when I move one layer?

in the left side of time lime there wil be a small arrow pointing downwards."make compositioning child"...click it..from last layer to the second layer so that all wil bind with first layer
