  • amazing , i want to build one myself ...where did you get inspired from ?

  • Nice! I just finished my first one. Check it out on YouTube!!

  • But did you make an array of paper needles so you don't ruin that record.

  • looks like a beer keg!!

  • Fred Flintstone would be proud !!

  • A motor, a heavy plateau, a belt and an arm is all you need.

But why, I ask you, whe Ortofon OM? This deserves better :).

  • DAMN!! Nice work. The whole setup is beautiful. I love that stone cabinet.

  • verrryyy nice (Y)

  • Totally cool. I am considering building a DIY using a wood plinth. Any suggestions, opinions would be appreciated. I was thinking of using a rega arm to keep the expenses down. Have a great day! Jeff

  • ice cool ;)

  • four stars for the table and stand

  • Sade is amazing

  • Wow! I want that record!

  • Fantastic !

  • Nice! It looks good too.

  • Quick quick, acoustic panels on the walls...

  • Nice AMP :)

  • nice tt but very very bad room for music playback...

  • I have the same record ;-)

You should shorten the screws attaching the cartridge to the head shell!

  • This is easy. I love your DIY turntable. Shows what's possible when you do it yourself. Wondering though about the speaker placement in the corner and angled. Is the other speaker angled too. This has to kill your sound stage side to side. Not to mention kills the sense of depth. The room does sound very live too. But I love that turntable. Awesome! Well Done!

  • you got a nice tt, but the pickup is slightly underdressed-and your tiled room with naked walls will never sound good.

  • Looks great! I think the finishing touch would be an awesome big-ass lathed metal puck sitting on the spindle.

  • awesome, bravo

  • slight overkill on the platter me thinks

  • That turntable looks like it should have some icing and cherries on top of it instead of an LP.

  • Nice deck! i like ur ASR amplifier btw!

  • SPOT ON

  • you got some stones thats nice

  • Neat

  • Looking really good! But... why the crappy Ortofon OM?

  • looks elegant , very good.

  • looks simple (yet complicated), clean, all black with touch of metal.....just awesome

  • espectacular!

  • Very well done! I'd like to make one myself, where did you get the parts? And How to you control the pitch and speed?

  • Hello,

just type krishu to GOOGLE and you will find a lot of informations and links about DIY turntables
