PLEASE GIVE PROPER CREDIT to the creator of "The Mind's Eye". Yes, Odyssey had a collection of CGI demos, but "The Mind's Eye" was a MIRAMAR production by Emmy Award winning director JAN NICKMAN who spent thousands of hours exquisitely crafting them into a double platinum selling film considered to be a milestone in the field of computer animation. With a score by JAMES REYNOLDS, "The Mind's Eye" reached #12 on Billboard's video hits chart. PLEASE GIVE PROPER CREDIT TO THE ARTISTS.
@poboburgner so did i, if i recall correctly, the first parts was god making the unvierse, followed by history, then the aliens invaded, we merged cultures, and became a single species, with cyborgs and robots, and then we rules the universe.
What's the name of the short film at 2:22. I remember I've seen it before I would like to search for the original piece with the original music. I think it was called "the journey" or "quest", something like that.
I loved these videos as a teenager. I bought mine at Radio Shack. They were playing these videos on all of their display T.V.s.. I asked the clerk what those videos were and thats how I discovered the Mind Eye series. Some of the videos are different from the VHS tapes I have. Afternoon adventure has the same music but the video is different. It would be awesome If Miramar or who ever owns the rights would re-release them on Blue-Ray. I can't find Tingri & The way I feel on You Tube.

Am I the only one who hated these? They were so boring to watch as a kid. I remember one time when that stupid bee one got looped for at least ten mins which seemed like an hour as a kid.
@rockstarninja because you had the childs imagination, you dont know the boundaries of existence, so to you anything could happen, that is why new discoveries that shadder boundaries are so fascinating to adults, but to children that can understand it, its not the baffling,
I saw this totally baked in 11th grade. My friend was also trying to explain the internet to me and I didn't understand what it was. I think it was '92, buy I was a pot head so I can't really remember. he he

I love this, but I never understood what the stick figure thingy was supposed to be. Or why he wanted to be rainbow.

A lot of these scenes were stolen for Super Hornio Bros. I blame the Cinema Snob for ruining this for me.

I remember playing this for kids at a daycare I assisted in, the kids always said "WOW" in unison, during this part.

What's missing that is in the commerical is the figure reconfigures it's self into the name apollo.
It in it's original form is uploaded as "Quest: A Long Ray's Journey Into Light".

Always liked the Apollo Computer commerical starting 2.22. First time I saw it, which was a really sharp print, I was blown away.
