about the 7th star, i disagree with you. i'd give Luigi and Wario 3 stars, while Ozzy and Yoshi 2. why? Luigi - his invisibility power can let you get thru the cage. Wario - his great strength can free Awesome Guard Dog with just one ground pound.

i dont know if u can do this is the N64 version, but in SM64DS, you can run UP the hill to get that 7th coin (that you'd normally get by sliding) u can run UP the hill

I beat this game in 3 weeks in 1999, all 120 stars, no walkthroughs back then, used no strategy guide---why do kids need shit in the game to help them through, it's like they don't want anyone's self esteem to be hurt due to them not being good enough to finish the game---the most recent example is that Super Kong from the new DK game, what a joke..

theress a funny glitch that if u go into the cannon on the bottom left (facing 5 coins) and aim the left arrow on the bottom spike of the island and fire it'll show the sky and ocean trust me it's mad cool i would do it but i has no camera.......... nor would i feel like it.

Luigi is best for behind chomp-chomps gate because if u unlocked the question blocks luigi can turn invisible and if your quick enough you can get behind the gate without groundpounding
