Yup, it's not just me, tons of videos have massive audio errors. This video's HD version sounds like static. Let me know if the HD works for you, but as of now YouTube has major site-wide problems to fix.
The HD is working fine for me, the sound and picture seems all ok, no weird audio issues or anything, it's just like normal quality but with better much picture quality.

Upgrade to the latest version of flash 10. It sounds like you're running a beta version, which is no longer supported.

Audio issue with HD, it's gotta be some error encoding through YouTube because it's fine for normal quality.
